St Francis Aged Care facility is in a quiet residential area, a short drive from bustling, historic Fremantle. The al fresco dining, Freo Markets, and fishing boat harbour, to name but a few of the port city’s attractions, mean there’s never a shortage of choices for family outings.

A total refurbishment of St Francis was completed in early 2004, incorporating all of the features typical of an Aegis Group facility, and further improving the comfort of our residents. A further enhancement of this popular facility is to be undertaken in 2008.

The residence is nestled inside established gardens with well planned walkways and many interesting places to be discovered. Internal courtyards provide a convenient and relaxed area for get-togethers with friends and family and communal activities. With its emphasis on caring for those with dementia, all staff at St Francis are highly skilled and professional people, dedicated to meeting residents’ very special needs.

We go to great lengths to ensure their living environments are adjusted to suit their individual needs (décor and furnishings, dietary preferences, activities etc.) and maximum participation of family members and friends is encouraged.
