The coastal region of Cockburn is
currently one of Perth’s most rapidly
expanding residential areas, and we are
responding to the growing need for aged
care in this area by building Amberley
Lodge and Aged Care to a premium
resort standard.
On completion in 2009, Amberley will
offer 37 Low Care and 65 High Care
places for residents requiring quality
accommodation, including dementia
specific care. A comprehensive range
of government subsidized aged care
services will be provided in addition to
24-hour nursing care, a-la-carte dining,
laundry services and a broad selection of
therapy and activity programmes.
Location-wise, the Mell Road site for
Amberley offers residents a host of social
and recreational options. Close to public
transport, local shops and support
services, it is ideally situated to take
advantage of nearby Belliar Regional
Park, as well as the Coogee Beach Reserve
and the expansive Woodman Point
Recreational Area.

Positioned in the heart of the Ellenbrook Town Centre Precinct nearby the Swan Valley wine growing district, Hermitage Lodge and Aged Care will offer the ultimate in ‘resort style’ living for the elderly. Complemented by an adjacent new retirement village development, residents at Hermitage will feel a strong sense of community as they share in the residential culture, commercial, retail, civic, recreational and educational feel that will surround their residence.
Hermitage residents will be able to accompany their family and friends in visiting nearby highlights which include
