The Aegis Group is proudly Western Australian. It was founded in 1983 with the simple belief that aged care needed to be greatly improved. We have since expanded to be a highly trusted and experienced residential aged care provider, the largest in Western Australia. The exceptional quality of our residences and services is widely acknowledged, with all facilities fully accredited by the Commonwealth Government.
An Aegis home was the first in WA to be granted ‘Extra Services’ status and in November 2002 the Group was commissioned by the Commonwealth and State Health Departments to pilot the innovative Transitional Care Program for rehabilitation of the elderly.
